We work to ensure the continuity of service and the quality of the electricity supplied to the customer

The technical service quality is twofold, and is in line with E-REDES' commitment to its customers in providing an essential public service:

Continuity of Service, associated with the reliability of the electricity supply, being assessed through the number and duration of supply interruptions;
Power Quality, relating to the characteristics of the supply voltage, taking into account continuous voltage phenomena and events.
