E-REDES warns customers of possible scams that may occur as a result of the exceptional event on 28 April.

The Distribution Network Operator emphasizes that, except in cases of prior notice, no intervention is required at electricity meters and stresses that customers will never be charged directly for these visits, and also points out that they will only take place if prior notice has been given and always via official channels.
