The new Data Measurement, Reading and Provision Guide is now available. It defines the rules and procedures to be followed in measuring, reading and providing data, with a focus on billing stakeholders and participation in the energy market by the respective agents.

The aim of the revision of the Guide was to extend its scope to the autonomous regions, integrate the latest legislative, regulatory and technological developments, simplify the framework of rules and revise the regulatory structure. See here for the complete guide.
