As part of E-REDES' activity, it is sometimes necessary to schedule requests or services in order to carry out the activity. Due to regulatory requirements, we hereby disclose the conditions for booking appointments:

Appointments are made between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., at 2:30 p.m. intervals;
If either party fails to show up, the other will be compensated 20 euros;
The cancellation or rescheduling of the technical visit can only be made until 5 p.m. of the previous business day;
E-REDES may refuse recurring rescheduling when it can jeopardise the execution of smart meter installation and maintenance campaigns, as well as extraordinary readings.

Portuguese Sign Language Service

In partnership with Serviin, E-REDES offers a personalised service via video call, through which a Portuguese Sign Language (PSL) interpreter can help you answer questions, submit requests, ask for information, check your consumption site details, among many other services, in a video call via Skype to “Serviin – PSL Interpreter”.
