After certification by the DGEG and allocation of the collective self-consumption registration number, the EGAC establishes a contract for the use of the networks with the DSO, under the terms of the RARI and the RRC, when the configuration of the installations participating in collective self-consumption results in the possibility of self-consumption through the RESP.
In this context, the EGAC will have to contact the network operator to sign the Network Use Adhesion Contract, within the scope of the Electricity Self-Consumption Regulation, which you can consult here.
The Network Use Agreement sets out the general terms and conditions of the Network Use Membership Agreement (CUR), which can be consulted on the ERSE website, as well as the specific terms and conditions that are made available during the contracting process via the Self-Consumption Manager's reserved area.
