We take responsibility for the community in its social, cultural, artistic and environmental areas.

The Powering Culture Programme seeks to encourage artistic interventions in the urban setting of network infrastructures such as transformer stations and distribution cabinets, bringing the energy distribution business closer to local communities and encouraging urban art.

In 2024, this initiative covered 11 municipalities in various districts across the country, fulfilling our objective of geographical equity in the selection of applications.

Regulations and main phases of the Program:

The E-REDES Artistic Intervention Programme respects a set of rules and instructions designed to facilitate its organization and understanding, which can be consulted through the following regulations.

Submission of Applications
- 28th july to 15th october
Evaluation and Selection
- Until 15 november
Communication of the shortlist
- Until 15th december

The programme follows these phases:

Disclosure: All information regarding the Artistic Interventions Programme will be posted on this page.
Applications: Applications to the Programme will be submitted digitally, by sending the information listed in points 2 to 5 of the Regulations to the email address provided on the E-REDES website: darenergiaacultura@e-redes.pt.
Eligibility analysis and selection: The evaluation and selection process consists of several phases, in order to assess the eligibility of the entity and the project, and select the beneficiary entities.
Implementation: Implementation must take place within a period of 12 months from the date the protocol is signed.

If any of the conditions referred to in the regulation are not met, the application will be excluded from the Programme and a new one can be submitted at the next application stage.
