The Powerwing Culture Program aims to promote artistic interventions in network infrastructures, in order to foster their integration into the urban and landscape context in which they are located and, at the same time, encourage urban art and bring the energy distribution business closer to local communities.

The network infrastructures considered for intervention are distribution cabinets and transformer substations.
