The initiative has the following objectives:
- Provide 12th grade students with an introduction to working life in a company like E-REDES and give them visibility to other employers in the sector, namely our PSEs (service providers who work with E-REDES).
- To give them the opportunity to apply in practice some of the techniques they learned theoretically during their schooling on the MV and LV electricity networks in Seia.
- Promote networking among participants through group activities.
