On the E-REDES WhatsApp channel (+351 913846398) it is also possible to report and troubleshoot faults quickly and easily.

At the Digital Counter, in addition to the novelty of rescheduling technical visits, customers can also:

• Send readings and consult reading ;
• Make a request for connection to the network;
• Submit faults registered at home or in the street;
• Among others.
