European Projects

E-REDES is the national private company with the largest participation in European projects. Funded under the framework programs of the European Union (EU), it has several ongoing Research & Innovation (R&I) projects.

Our involvement

At E-REDES we want to continue to lead the way in innovation, digitalization and most importantly in facilitating a sustainable and inclusive energy transition.

The main objective of the European Union's Framework Programmes for Research and Innovation is to lead to more and better discoveries, transferring innovative ideas from the laboratories to the market and thus ensure that Europe produces excellent science and technology that can sustain economic growth and employment.

These innovative ideas and solutions improve the lives of many people, help protect the environment, and make European industry more sustainable and competitive.

By participating in these projects, companies become more innovative, efficient and competitive, creating new jobs and market opportunities.

E-REDES is committed to leading the energy transition by promoting participation in several European projects under the H2020 and Horizon Europe programs (new framework program starting in 2021). This commitment is also embodied in its active presence in the discussion of energy policies that support the European Energy Union, the implementation of the measures foreseen in the Clean Energy for all Europeans Package, the European Green Deal and the climate objectives, both at European and national level.
