Independence, transparency and confidentiality

E-REDES seeks to act in accordance with its obligations of independence, transparency and confidentiality, and we are therefore continually adopting measures that comply with these principles.

The performance of our functions is done in accordance with compliance with these fundamental principles. 

A Compliance Program is drawn up annually: a document that establishes the principles, standards and appropriate measures with a view to excluding discriminatory behavior in relationships with all entities that have or may come to have any relationship with E-REDES. A Compliance Officer is chosen to verify compliance with the Program. Validation of this document is done by the Energy Services Regulatory Entity (ERSE). 
 
In addition to the Compliance Program, there is also the Code of Conduct - which aims to establish general rules and procedures of conduct for employees and service providers of E-REDES, in the exercise of the activities performed.

The Compliance Officer is the entity designated by E-REDES to carry out the duties of Compliance. This Officer is totally independent of E-REDES and has access to all the information required from the company and any related companies in order to carry out its duties.
