From March 20th, the Santarém Service Point will move to the city's Citizen Space (Rua Pedro de Santarém, 151B).
The opening hours will now be from 9am to 6pm.
In addition to the service points, from the north to the south of the country, the following means of service are still available:
- Digital counter;
- WhatsApp for reporting faults and rescheduling, via 913846398;
- Contact form;
- Customer Helpline, on 218 100 100 (working days, 8am-2pm, call to national fixed network);
- Electrical Fault Line, on 800 506 506 (24H);
- Meter Reading Line, on 800 507 507 (24h).
