Our priority is to guarantee the supply of electricity and the service to the suppliers, even in situations where there is disruption.
In October 2015, we received the Business Continuity Management System Certification, awarded by the British Standards Institution (BSI), which in the meantime was renewed in October 2022. We guarantee that the compliance process is in line with international best practices, according to International Standard ISO 22301: 2019 - Societal Security - Business Continuity Management Systems.
This certificate reflects the path we are following and the strategy we have been implementing to achieve organizational resilience.
