Maintaining operational focus and ensuring functionality in face of a disruptive scenario are the principles of our Business Continuity strategy.
This challenge requires increasing development and maintenance from us regarding the consideration of the exposure of the business to operational risk. We seek to demonstrate a clear understanding of how each risk impacts the organization.
We believe that the needs of secure societies are guaranteed by our strategy of being prepared to deal with disruptive events, ensuring such a relationship with our network of partners and being able to manage change, anticipating risks in times of transition and development of the business model.
Our strategy is implemented through the Business Continuity Management System (SGCN), which allows us, in an organized and cyclical way, to be able to:
-Identify potential threats to the organization and business;
-Quantify the impact of the realization of these risks;
-Design and carry out defined procedures for different disruption scenarios.
