Learn more about our Programs

We take responsibility for the community in its social, cultural, artistic and environmental areas.

This programme aims to complement the educational offer for young people attending secondary vocational courses, helping them to integrate into the labour market. It consists of the training of technical and on-job skills, through internships in the company's technical areas and the provision of Training Content integrated in the Electrical Network Technician Vocational Course.

Energy Transition Academy

In addition to the complementary training offered by the Include to Enlighten Programme, there was a need to broaden the training content and introduce the topic of a fair energy transition through an Academy.

In 2021, E-REDES implemented an immersive and personalised Academy on the energy transition, career development and the future of work. The second edition of this Academy, in 2022, had the participation of 12 final senior school students and the support of 10 E-REDES employees, both in the organisation and in the development of teaching sessions.

Our aim was to raise awareness and provide training in the areas of the environment, climate change, sustainability and energy, but also as an opportunity to improve skills related to logic, problem-solving, abstraction and creativity.

This is why the Energy Transition Academy has been set up, with the aim of sharing with young people and future professional electricians the contributions of the energy transition to reducing the social, environmental and climate footprint, focusing on the central role of the distribution network operator.
